1983 was undoubtedly a key period in the history of Sisters of Mercy, on the one hand they released probably some of their best albums: Anaconda, Temple of Love, Heartland... They started to get hits in the independent charts and got a good reputation as a live band touring Europe and the United States of America. However, relations between the members began to sour, starting with the founding duo: Andrew Eldritch and Gary Marx and ending with the departure, at the end of that year, of second guitarist Ben Gunn. In Green Slime Shop we wanted to recover the DIY spirit of Merciful Release and their covers based on the letraset and monochrome images to launch an imaginary T-shirt of the tour they did in the United States at the end of 1983 after sacr Temple of Love.
