Green Slime Shop wants to pay a small tribute to one of the bands that marked the youth of some of us: Bauhaus. Bauhaus was a band that capitalised on the darker side of post punk although musically they were much more than that. Besides, their influence and prestige was very big and it was common to see people with bauhaus t-shirts in the 80s who probably had heard little of the band but it was cool to go with that t-shirt that they bought in flea markets or record shops. To remember those times and to wear our Bauhaus t-shirt again we have prepared this t-shirt from their 1982 tour which is an exact reproduction in images and fonts of the one they did on the tour of The Sky’s Gone Out LP in England in October of that year.

Limited edition 25 handnumbered copies only!

The Sky's Gone Out is the fourth studio album by the English rock band Bauhaus. It was released in 1982 and was the final full-length album recorded by the original lineup of the band.

The Sky's Gone Out features a more experimental and diverse sound than the band's earlier work, incorporating elements of pop, funk, and world music. The lyrics are introspective and introverted, with themes of loss and isolation. The album features some of the band's most well-known songs, including "She's in Parties," "The Three Shadows Part I," and "Ziggy Stardust."

Overall, The Sky's Gone Out is considered a classic of the post-punk genre and is highly regarded by critics and fans alike. It is often cited as one of Bauhaus's best works, and its influence can be heard in the music of many subsequent artists.
