If we talk about unlucky bands, bands whose undeniable quality was at odds with their success, we always think of bands like Badfinger, but Moby Grape were not far behind. Their records until they split up in 1969 were good, but their material with their first line-up, that is, until Skip Spence short-circuited, was outstanding.

Green Slime Shop as a devotee of the life and works of this great group has made a T-shirt, or rather two, dedicated to this wonderful band. One, in black, with the stretched logo of the album Grape Jam, the riddle that gave rise to the name of the band and the names of the original line-up, as well as a 19th century illustration of a children’s storybook on both t-shirts, which in our opinion integrates perfectly with the band’s logo and the iconography and posters of the time. As for the white T-shirt, it keeps the two main elements, but changes the frosting and the names of the members for elements close to Art Nouveau, which was used a lot by the illustrators of the time in San Francisco.
