Stereolab were one of the most distinctive British indie bands of the early 90s. Their unmistakable sound encompasses references ranging from the Modern Lovers, Sunshine Pop groups such as The Free Design, The Groop, etc., the soundtracks of the 60s and 70s or the sonic experiments with synthesizers of groups such as Silver Apples. To make this T-shirt we have based it on their first period, specifically on their first LP for TooPure titled Peng! We have used the typographies used by the band at the time as well as the original drawings on which the original album cover was based.
